Professional functions of Assistant Psychologist

To enter behavioural data onto computer system
To present behavioural data to the weekly ward rounds
To co-ordinate, with supervision, the Care Programme approach (CPA) for a specified number of patients
To attend and minute regular CPA meetings
To carry out behavioural assessment and with supervision, functional analysis of challenging behaviour
To carry out individual work with patients where a need is identified
To contribute to service research where necessary.
To contribute to service training where necessary
To contribute to the overall running of the Psychology Service
