Iron-deficiency anaemias is treated with ferrous sulphate, ferrous fumarate, ferous gluconate, Ferrograd C, and iron dextran.
Hydroxocobalamin and folic acid are used in the treatment of megaloblastic anaemias.
Other treatment of anaemia includes erythropoietin.
