Deep Vein Thrombosis and Treatments

Pain or swelling of a lower limb are common symptoms of Deep Vein Thrombosis

Oral anti-coagulants such as Warfarin Sodium is used in the treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis.

Parental anti-coagulants such as Heparin, Dalteparin Sodium, Tinzaparin sodium are used in treating Deep Vein Thrombosis.

Anti-Platelets medicines such as Dipyridamole is used in treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis.

Patients with a deep vein thrombosis are advised to wear compression stockings.
